Delivery

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after payment has processed, provided the items you ordered are in stock. You will receive a confirmation email from us when the order is received, as well as when it was shipped. If an item is backordered, or are out of stock we will contact you and let you know the status of the product.   Delivery time depends on where the package is going, and what shipping option you choose. UPS Ground for example, typically takes 3-4 business days for delivery to points on the East Coast, and as long as 5-6 days for addresses on the west coast. Returns & Replacements

KarinaNYC.com of course wants you to be completely happy with your order. If you are not completely satisfied please contact our Returns department at info@karinanyc.com to arrange the return. We offer refunds or store credits on all goods returned to us within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging, unopened and in unused, new condition.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards with billing addresses in the U.S.A.


Viewing Orders

We automatically send email confirmations with information when we receive your order, and provide a shipping information email when your order ships, which includes the tracking number or your package.
